As a part of our Member Services Team you are not required to sell anything, only to inform our student members about their health and dental plan. Our members communicate with us in person, by telephone, and email. The ideal person is patient, empathetic, understanding, and enjoys helping people.
As you’ve probably already figured it out, communication would be a key part of the job. We are looking for individuals who like to find solutions and are always willing to help. Our training will provide you with all the necessary information. Like any new job this can all seem a bit intimidating, but we work as a team so there is always someone around to help.
